Additionally, customers may request a replacement, and we will cover the cost of return shipping for the incorrect item and send the correct item with upgraded shipping at no extra charge.

Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 2-4 weeks. This period includes transit time, authorization checks, and payment processing. Refunds will be issued only to the original method of payment.
